Principal Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.
This role will lead the strategy and execution for a new AI-driven product capability from early concept through launch. You will partner closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define the product direction, shape technical decision-making, and ensure the solution delivers reliable, measurable outcomes. The position requires a hands-on product leader who can move quickly, make sound judgment calls with incomplete information, and turn emerging AI capabilities into a strong customer experience.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $145,000 – $175,000 annually
Responsibilities
Own the AI agent reasoning layer from concept to launch
Shape interoperability with the company's technology stack
Define and manage product-quality evaluations for the agent
Collaborate with engineering on agent architecture and reliability
Create working demos and measurable evaluation results
Engage cross-functional teams to drive product decisions
Qualifications
8+ years of product management experience
Proven track record of 0-to-1 product development
Ability to make high-stakes decisions with incomplete information
Proficient with modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex
Hands-on experience with AI agents and orchestration preferred
