Digital Product Manager - Data Security

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Product Manager - Data Security to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape the strategy and direction for security-focused digital products, with an emphasis on protecting sensitive data while enabling strong business outcomes. You will partner closely with technology, governance, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that scale, support compliance, and improve operational efficiency. The position also involves using modern product practices to guide iterative delivery, measure impact, and communicate progress across the organization.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $193,725 annually
Responsibilities
Define product strategy and vision for security-focused products
Set clear outcomes and measurable KPIs for product success
Plan for scalability to address evolving security threats and compliance needs
Incorporate AI to enhance efficiency and automate workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to enforce data governance standards
Manage product development through Agile practices and iterative releases
Lead communication with stakeholders on product progress and risks
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on digital products
1+ year of mentoring and coaching peers in product management
Strong grasp of security principles and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to define and measure success metrics (KPIs/OKRs) for product impact
Proven experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management
Familiarity with modern software development practices and security controls
