EHR Workflow Solutions Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a EHR Workflow Solutions Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will shape the strategy and roadmap for technology products that improve clinical workflows and support better provider experiences. You will define a clear multi-year vision, build the business case for investment, and partner closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to turn strategy into executable plans. The position also requires a strong focus on measuring product performance, evaluating market needs, and driving enhancements that strengthen workflow integration.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $126,300 – $173,700 annually
Responsibilities
Own product strategy and roadmap for key workflow products
Define a multi-year vision and growth strategy for assigned products
Establish product KPIs and measure business outcomes
Develop business cases and investment recommendations
Identify opportunities to enhance provider workflow integration
Collaborate with Product Owners to translate strategy into actionable tasks
Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive product enhancements
Qualifications
5+ years in product management or healthcare technology
2+ years with EHR platforms or interoperability solutions
Proven experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Experience managing complex technology products with multiple stakeholders
