Digital Product Manager Expert - Security Platforms

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Product Manager Expert - Security Platforms to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape the strategy and vision for digital security capabilities that support secure development and strengthen the organization's technology environment. You will partner closely with engineering and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-informed product solutions that help anticipate emerging threats and improve operational effectiveness. The position also calls for thoughtful use of AI and analytics to automate work, measure outcomes, and guide product decisions in a fast-evolving security landscape.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $193,725 annually
Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product strategy and vision for security tools
Set clear success metrics and KPIs for product performance
Anticipate future security threats and design scalable products
Integrate AI to enhance efficiency and automate tasks
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver secure development capabilities
Monitor KPIs and use analytics for data-driven decision-making
Lead communication with stakeholders on product progress and risks
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on digital products
1+ year of experience mentoring and coaching peers in product management
Strong understanding of security principles and DevSecOps practices
Proven ability to define and measure success metrics (KPIs/OKRs)
Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management
