Role Description The Admin HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing daily administrative and human resource operations. This role includes managing employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination, while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The Admin HR Manager will handle office administration, vendor coordination, facilities management, and maintenance of records and reports. They will develop and implement HR policies, support performance management, organize training and development initiatives, and foster a positive, inclusive work culture. The role also involves resolving employee queries, supporting leadership with HR data and insights, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong HR management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation.
Candidates should possess administrative and operations skills, such as office management, vendor coordination, documentation, and record-keeping.
Candidates should possess people and communication skills, including conflict resolution, counseling, stakeholder management, and clear written and verbal communication.
Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, time management, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Candidates should possess proficiency in HR and office tools, such as HRIS/HR software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email communication platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in HR or management is an advantage.
Prior experience in an Admin HR role or similar position, preferably within a creative, design, or technology-focused organization.
Knowledge of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and standard HR practices; ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
