Role Description The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and induction processes, and coordinating training and development activities. This role will help administer benefits, track attendance and leave, and ensure HR policies and procedures are followed. The Human Resources Assistant will also assist in recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, and supporting documentation and compliance requirements. Additional responsibilities include preparing HR-related reports, handling routine employee queries, and collaborating with management to maintain a positive and organized workplace. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Eunoia Designtech’s office in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an understanding of core HR processes and best practices.
Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and maintaining accurate employee data and documentation.
Knowledge of Benefits Administration and basic familiarity with compensation, leave, and statutory compliance support.
Ability to coordinate Training initiatives, including scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining training records.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with learning new HR tools and systems.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Prior internship or work experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain a high level of integrity.
