Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Developer will work full time on-site in Aurangabad, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and training machine learning models, implementing neural network architectures, and creating robust software components that integrate AI features into existing systems. The role involves analyzing complex data sets, applying pattern recognition techniques, and working on natural language processing tasks to address business needs. The developer will also be responsible for testing and optimizing models, documenting technical work, and maintaining AI systems in production environments. Regular collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and product stakeholders will be expected to refine requirements and deliver scalable, reliable AI applications.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including algorithms, data structures, and coding best practices.
Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including model design, training, and evaluation.
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools for text analysis, classification, and language understanding.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python, Java, or C++) and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Ability to work on-site in Aurangabad, collaborate effectively in a team, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with data preprocessing, model deployment, version control (e.g., Git), and basic knowledge of cloud or container platforms is a plus.
