Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Personal Secretary to the Managing Director. The Personal Secretary will manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics. The role involves preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports, as well as handling emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner. The Personal Secretary will maintain confidential records, support day-to-day office administration, and ensure follow-up on action items and deadlines. The role also includes liaising with internal teams, clients, and external partners, prioritizing tasks for the Managing Director, and providing proactive administrative and organizational support.
Qualifications
Strong Personal Assistance skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
Solid Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
Proven Executive Administrative Assistance experience supporting senior leadership or management.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
Reliable Administrative Assistance capabilities, including handling correspondence, organizing office activities, and managing confidential information.
Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email tools, and basic office technology.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a design, marketing, or consulting environment is an advantage.
