Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant to Director role based in Ahmedabad. The Personal Assistant will manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and organize daily agendas. The role includes handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining records, and supporting follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Personal Assistant will assist in organizing meetings and events, taking minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring tasks are completed on time. Additional responsibilities include managing office-related administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and providing proactive support to optimize the Director’s time and productivity.
Qualifications
Strong Personal Assistance skills, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting day-to-day activities.
Executive Administrative Assistance experience, with the ability to support senior leadership and handle sensitive information.
Diary Management expertise, including calendar organization, appointment scheduling, and prioritization of tasks.
Administrative Assistance skills, such as document preparation, record keeping, and basic office coordination.
Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, email handling, and managing phone calls professionally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email, calendars) and comfort with basic digital tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant is preferred; a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
