Role Description The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of human resources activities to support a growing, creative organization in Ahmedabad. This full-time, on-site role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes, as well as maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. The HR Manager will design and implement HR policies, performance management frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives that align with business goals. Daily responsibilities include handling employee queries, administering payroll inputs and benefits coordination, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning. The role also involves organizing training and development programs, supporting a positive workplace culture, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR practices.

Candidates should possess strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
Candidates should possess skills in training and development planning, identifying skill gaps, and coordinating learning initiatives.
Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within design, technology, or creative industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or equivalent) are an advantage.
