About The Role
The Collision Marketing Manager position is a strategic role designed to enhance wholesale collision parts sales and promote the repair of Honda and Acura vehicles through dealer engagement and industry partnerships. This role reports to the Torrance, CA facility but covers a territory that includes Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana. Candidates must be willing to relocate to one of these areas. The primary focus is to increase conquest collision parts sales, promote Honda and Acura Certified Body Shop programs, and improve repair quality standards. The manager will work closely with dealer networks, industry groups such as I-CAR, and certified collision shops to build strong relationships, increase certification renewals, and ensure alignment with company goals. This role demands a results-oriented professional with excellent communication and sales skills, capable of driving business growth and fostering industry partnerships.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Five or more years of experience in dealer parts departments and collision wholesale sales
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building dealer relationships
Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and industry trends
Results-driven with a customer-focused approach
Willingness to relocate to Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, or Indiana
Responsibilities
Achieve annual sales targets for Acura and Honda wholesale collision parts
Enroll and maintain dealer participation in the Conquest Fund Program
Support dealer enrollment and ongoing engagement in the Collision Parts Promote (CPP) program
Assist District Parts Sales Managers (DPSMs) in dealer enrollment and performance improvement
Enhance dealer purchase performance and fund utilization
Create and nurture a network of Honda and Acura Certified Collision Shops
Meet certification and recertification targets for Honda and Acura collision shops
Prioritize dealer-owned body shops within assigned territories
Collaborate with industry groups such as I-CAR to strengthen business relationships
Provide industry expertise and support to promote repair quality standards
