About The Role
The HR Business Partner at Inspira Financial will report directly to the Director of HR for Retirement & Wealth. This strategic role is designed to serve as a trusted partner to multiple business units, aligning corporate HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. The HR Business Partner will provide expert guidance on talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and HR best practices, ensuring the workforce is engaged, productive, and aligned with company values. This position involves collaborating closely with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business growth, including talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development. The role requires a high level of business acumen, industry knowledge, and understanding of HR regulatory environments, especially concerning non-exempt employees. The HR Business Partner will also lead efforts in process improvement, change management, and risk mitigation related to employee relations and legal compliance. Additionally, this role involves coaching managers on complex employee issues, conducting investigations, facilitating talent reviews, and supporting compensation processes. As a key player in Inspira’s HR transformation, the HR Business Partner will help shape a high-performing, inclusive, and compliant workforce, contributing significantly to the company’s ongoing success and culture of excellence.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in HR or related fields
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline; Master’s Degree is a plus
HR Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong understanding of talent management, organizational design, and HR strategies
Experience working with remote teams is advantageous
Prior experience in HR Business Partner, Organizational Effectiveness, or HR consulting roles
Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements such as FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO
Proficiency with HR Information Systems, including Paylocity or similar platforms
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year human capital strategies
Strong coaching, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Lead organizational design initiatives, including structure, career paths, and succession planning for non-exempt employees
Support recruitment efforts by defining workforce strategies and attracting key talent
Assist in performance review processes and facilitate employee development plans
Conduct and manage investigations into employee relations issues, ensuring thorough documentation and legal compliance
Drive HR transformation initiatives by identifying process improvements and best practices
Facilitate talent review sessions and develop action plans for leadership development
Support compensation reviews and provide coaching to managers on decision-making
Analyze workforce trends and recommend strategies to address challenges such as turnover, engagement, and staffing
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver comprehensive HR solutions
Manage and resolve complex employee issues, providing timely and professional resolutions
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through leadership and coaching
