About The Role
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist position based in Silverthorne, CO. The role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to serve as a trusted resource and strategic partner to business owners and managers. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace environment, ensuring adherence to company policies, and supporting organizational goals through effective people management. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion. Please note, this is not a remote role, and no relocation packages are available.
Qualifications
Five or more years of progressive, hands-on HR experience
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and separations
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Demonstrated ability to work directly with business owners and managers, providing sound advice and reliable follow-through
Attention to detail and strong administrative skills
Service-oriented mindset with a focus on employee advocacy and organizational needs
Responsibilities
Recruit, screen, interview, select, and hire candidates for operational and office positions
Develop and implement a professional onboarding process to ensure new employees and managers are well-supported
Manage employee relations issues, conduct workplace investigations, and document performance and disciplinary actions
Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, vendor coordination, and record-keeping
Ensure company policies and procedures are clearly communicated and consistently applied across the organization
Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics such as headcount, turnover, retention, attendance, and performance
Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and ensure compliance with administrative deadlines
Support office administration projects, data reporting, and document management
Partner with leadership to support organizational development initiatives and workplace improvements
