About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Full-Cycle Recruiter to lead the hiring efforts for an upcoming site launch. This role offers a unique opportunity to own the entire recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding—for hourly technician roles essential to the successful opening of a new healthcare facility. As a key member of our Talent team, you will work directly with the VP of Talent to build a robust candidate pipeline, manage requisitions, conduct interviews, extend offers, and ensure a fully staffed operation by the opening day. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys taking full ownership of their work. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the company's growth and demonstrate the ability to deliver results in a target-oriented setting.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or sales
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Authorization to work in the United States
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Rippling
Experience sourcing candidates through platforms like Indeed
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
Source and build a candidate pipeline for hourly technician roles ahead of facility openings
Manage requisitions and candidate information within Rippling and other ATS platforms
Conduct screening interviews and manage the entire interview process for assigned requisitions
Extend and negotiate employment offers within authorized parameters
Coordinate the onboarding process, including background checks and credentialing, after candidate acceptance
Track and report on pipeline health and progress towards staffing goals to the VP of Talent
Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring
Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with a $2,500 bonus upon reaching 90% staffing target by opening day
