Role Description This is a full-time Machine Learning Engineer role based in New Delhi, offered in a hybrid format with some flexibility for work from home. The Machine Learning Engineer will design, build, and deploy machine learning models that support personalized learning, skill assessment, and educational analytics on the platform. Day-to-day work includes researching and implementing algorithms, training and optimizing neural network architectures, and developing scalable data pipelines and production-ready ML services. The role also involves collaborating with educators, product managers, and software engineers to translate learning needs into technical solutions, as well as monitoring model performance and iterating to improve accuracy, fairness, and reliability.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to design efficient, scalable solutions.
Applied expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for real-world machine learning applications.
Solid understanding of Statistics for data analysis, model evaluation, and experimental design.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML (such as Python), and experience with ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch).
Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment, communicate complex ideas clearly, and document work systematically.
Background or interest in edtech, learning analytics, or socially impactful technology is highly beneficial.
