Role Description The Head of Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution across all Gyanis products and markets. This role oversees brand positioning, go-to-market planning, campaign development, and performance measurement to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing market planning and research, coordinating with product, sales, and partnerships teams, and ensuring consistent messaging across digital, social, and offline channels. The Head of Marketing will build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, manage agencies and vendors, and develop data-driven initiatives that support growth in India, the UAE, and Malaysia. This role also involves close collaboration with leadership to align marketing goals with business objectives and to represent marketing priorities in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple regions.
Strong Market Research skills to understand learner needs, regional nuances, competitive landscapes, and to inform product and campaign decisions.
Proven experience in Sales collaboration, including supporting revenue targets, building pipelines, and aligning marketing activities with sales objectives.
Public Relations skills to manage brand reputation, media relationships, thought leadership, and external communications in education and technology sectors.
Experience leading marketing in edtech, SaaS, or consumer technology, ideally across diverse geographies and cultures.
Ability to interpret marketing and product analytics, set KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for continuous optimization.
Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
