Role Description The Curriculum Specialist – Edtech will design, review, and refine curricula and learning pathways across Gyanis products to ensure pedagogical rigor and learner-centric experiences in digital environments. This full-time remote role involves collaborating with product, content, and engineering teams to translate educational objectives into structured, interactive, and AI-friendly learning modules for K–12 and higher education. The specialist will conduct research on curricula, standards, and best practices, align content with diverse education boards, and ensure accessibility for multilingual and varied bandwidth contexts. Daily responsibilities include drafting and revising instructional materials, mapping learning outcomes, integrating assessment strategies, and gathering feedback from educators, learners, and mental health experts to continuously improve the educational experience.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Curriculum Development and Education, with experience designing curricula for K–12 and/or higher education.
Proficiency in Instructional Design, including structuring digital learning experiences, assessments, and learner pathways.
Demonstrated ability in Writing and Research to create clear, accurate, and engaging educational content informed by evidence-based practices.
Experience working with or within edtech platforms, AI-powered learning tools, or digital classrooms.
Understanding of diverse learner needs, including multilingual, inclusive, and accessibility-focused design.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Studies, or a related field.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional, and multicultural team.
Familiarity with major education boards and standards (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, state boards, international curricula) is an advantage.
