Role Description The Human Resources Executive (Edtech) will manage day-to-day HR operations to support a fast-growing, distributed team in a technology-driven education environment. This full-time remote role involves overseeing employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and HR records management. The role includes maintaining and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and handling employee relations matters with a focus on fairness, inclusion, and well-being. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with leadership and functional teams to ensure compliance with local regulations, support engagement initiatives, and help build a positive, mission-aligned culture. The individual will also assist in HR data reporting, HR technology tools administration, and continuous process improvement to support an evolving edtech organization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in supporting organizational growth in dynamic environments.
Candidates should possess HR Operations and HR Policies skills, including experience with onboarding, documentation, compliance, and maintaining HR systems and processes.
Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote an inclusive and respectful workplace.
Candidates should ideally have knowledge or experience in edtech or education-focused organizations, and familiarity with remote, cross-cultural teams.
Candidates should possess strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, and be comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; HR certifications or training are an added advantage.
