About The Role
The EDP Staff II position is a vital role within our consulting team, focused on assisting federal agencies and large organizations in optimizing their financial and operational processes. This role involves providing expert support in audit readiness, financial statement audits, and process improvement initiatives, particularly within the context of DoD ERP/SAP and logistic systems. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively. They will work closely with clients to identify control gaps, streamline financial processes, and ensure compliance with federal standards. The role offers flexibility in location, with options to work remotely or from our Huntsville office, and requires an active SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Qualifications
US Citizenship and ability to maintain SECRET federal security clearance
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited U.S. college or university in Business, Accounting, or Finance (or another field with an advanced degree in Finance or Business)
Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience providing accounting, finance, business management, or IT services to Federal Government agencies or Fortune 500 companies
Experience with audit readiness, audit remediation, and financial statement audits
At least 1 year of experience with DoD ERP/SAP and Logistic Systems
Experience supporting audit processes within the federal government
Responsibilities
