Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the visual identity and design language for Future of Nation across digital and print platforms. This full-time hybrid role is based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating brand-aligned graphics for social media, websites, campaigns, and learning materials; designing logos and visual assets; and developing cohesive branding and typography systems. The role involves collaborating with content, marketing, and product teams to translate educational concepts into engaging visual experiences, maintaining design standards, and mentoring junior designers where needed. The Senior Graphic Designer will also contribute to creative strategy, ensure consistency across all touchpoints, and support the design needs of new initiatives and programs.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating clean, impactful visual communication.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including the creation and evolution of brand identities and style guides.
Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and composition for digital and print media.
Advanced experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent).
Ability to interpret educational and marketing goals into clear visual concepts and campaigns.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Previous work in education, social impact, or mission-driven organizations is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback, with a commitment to inclusive and learner-centered design.
