Role Description As a Senior Data Analyst at Future of Nation, you will work full time in a hybrid capacity based in Agra, with some flexibility for work from home. You will lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data related to student performance, program effectiveness, and platform engagement. On a day-to-day basis, you will build dashboards and reports, develop data models, and generate insights that inform product, curriculum, and strategic decisions. You will collaborate with academic, product, and leadership teams to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations. The role also involves designing experiments, supporting forecasting and trend analysis, and contributing to data governance standards to ensure accuracy and reliability across the organization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven expertise in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical methods to real-world data.
Candidates should possess practical experience in Data Modeling and structuring datasets for reporting and analysis.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, including the ability to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Hands-on experience with analytical tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python or R, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
Demonstrated experience in building dashboards, reports, and metrics frameworks for decision-making.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment, with attention to detail and a focus on impact in the education sector.
