About The Role
The Senior Clinical Data Analyst at DeepHealth plays a vital role in executing and managing complex clinical studies related to medical imaging. This fully qualified professional is responsible for independently handling all aspects of clinical data collection, management, quality assessment, and analysis support. The role involves managing large datasets from multiple clinical sites, ensuring data integrity, and developing efficient workflows for data processing. The ideal candidate will collaborate with radiologists, cross-functional teams, and regulatory bodies to establish and maintain standards for clinical imaging studies. They will also be instrumental in developing study documentation, technical reports, and scientific materials, contributing to the interpretation of study results, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience
Strong knowledge of clinical research principles and data analysis methodologies
Proficiency in scientific computing, data analysis tools, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
Experience working with medical imaging data, especially DICOM format
Understanding of statistical methods and their application in clinical research
Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of regulatory standards such as GCP, FDA regulations, HIPAA, and data privacy laws
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
Independently execute assigned components of clinical studies, managing activities from planning through completion
Manage the collection, maintenance, and quality of medical imaging data and associated clinical information from multiple sites
Develop and implement image collection procedures and protocols in accordance with SOPs, GCP, FDA, HIPAA, and other standards
Collaborate with radiologists and cross-functional teams to establish and maintain ground truth standards for imaging studies
Assess image data for quality and protocol compliance, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate databases and tracking systems
Support data analysis efforts and contribute to the interpretation of study results
Develop comprehensive study documentation, technical reports, and scientific publications independently
Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external partners
Provide regular updates on data collection progress and identify opportunities for process improvement
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory, data privacy, and ethical standards
Work independently on complex problems, applying sound scientific judgment and evaluation
