Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for a variety of positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting selection decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, posting job ads, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, build relationships with educational institutions and professional communities, and track recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality. Additionally, the role involves adhering to fair, inclusive hiring practices and representing Future of Nation’s mission and values throughout all recruitment activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, including structured evaluation methods and collaborative selection with hiring managers.
Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, with the ability to communicate the organization’s mission and culture across channels.
Prior experience recruiting in education, edtech, or mission-driven organizations is beneficial.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and use ATS or HRIS tools effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
