Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Brand Content Creator role based in New Delhi. The Brand Content Creator will develop and execute content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and product listings, aligned with HerboCleanz’s brand voice and positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include ideating and scripting campaigns, writing and editing brand copy, collaborating with design and marketing teams, and repurposing content for multiple formats such as posts, reels, blogs, and ads. The role also involves researching trends in sustainable and home-care categories, maintaining content calendars, and tracking performance metrics to refine content strategy. The Brand Content Creator will support product launches, brand storytelling, and community engagement to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty.
Qualifications
Strong content creation skills, including brand copywriting, storytelling, and basic content planning aligned with marketing objectives.
Experience producing digital content for social media, websites, email, and e-commerce platforms, with an understanding of audience engagement.
Proficiency in editing and refining copy for clarity, consistency, and brand tone; attention to detail in grammar and language.
Ability to conduct market and competitor research, identify trends in sustainability and home care, and translate insights into content ideas.
Comfort collaborating with design, marketing, and sales teams, with good communication and feedback skills.
Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts such as brand positioning, campaign messaging, and content performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in consumer brands, FMCG, sustainability, or D2C start-ups is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
