Financial Management Asc Mgr - L4

For our client, we are seeking a Financial Management Asc Mgr - L4 to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.
This role will oversee financial management support within a large, complex operational environment, with a strong emphasis on workforce leadership, data-driven decision-making, and process adoption. The manager will partner closely with finance and operations stakeholders to translate analysis into practical actions that improve performance, compliance, and execution. The position also requires guiding a diverse team through organizational change while helping establish new tools and ways of working.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $111,400 – $206,800 annually
Responsibilities
Guide and manage a diverse workforce through a major transformation initiative
Translate complex data from various sources into actionable insights
Collaborate with Aeronautics stakeholders including finance and operations
Drive the adoption of new tools and processes associated with the transformation effort
Mentor and develop a high-performing, inclusive team
Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations
Perform financial analysis including variance analysis and budgeting
Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in finance or workforce management
Experience implementing enterprise ERP, payroll, or labor systems
Proficiency in analyzing large data sets for business insights
Strong stakeholder and change management skills
Excellent communication abilities
