Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape the product direction for technology solutions that support business goals and improve the user experience. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and customers to define requirements, prioritize opportunities, and guide delivery from concept through launch. The position requires strong product judgment, Agile collaboration, and the ability to translate needs into clear, executable plans.
You will play a key role in enhancing existing capabilities and ensuring the team delivers high-quality products that meet both business and user expectations.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $115,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
Develop and drive the product roadmap from concept to delivery
Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and user needs
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories
Serve as Product Owner for scrum teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs
Identify opportunities to enhance existing capabilities and product offerings
Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the development process
Qualifications
3+ years of product management or related experience
Experience in an Agile environment with technical teams
Proven ability to translate business and user needs into product requirements
Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders and technical teams
Preferred experience in real estate or financial services technology
