Staff Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role will shape the strategy and success of a product portfolio that supports sophisticated technology solutions and evolving customer needs. You will guide scalable product decisions that improve deployment efficiency, strengthen economics, and support expansion into new markets. This position requires close partnership with cross-functional teams to translate complex operational challenges into market-ready offerings and AI-enabled experiences.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
Responsibilities
Own the strategic vision and success metrics for the product portfolio
Design scalable solutions that enhance deployment efficiency and economics
Transform complex signal priority issues into market-ready products
Maintain continuous discovery to validate assumptions and guide roadmaps
Lead the transition to AI-driven predictive user experiences
Influence company-wide product strategy and market positioning
Align cross-functional teams on key releases while managing trade-offs
Qualifications
5+ years in product management, ideally with enterprise software experience
Proven expertise in cloud technology and AI-driven solutions
Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and financial metrics
Experience scaling platforms and entering new markets
Exceptional negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills
