VP, Product

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Product to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This leader will own the enterprise product strategy for AI and automation initiatives, helping shape how digital solutions are prioritized, governed, and delivered across the organization. The role will partner closely with IT and business leaders to translate strategic needs into scalable products and measurable outcomes. It will also drive a forward-looking roadmap that balances value creation, organizational readiness, and compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $200,000 – $270,000 annually
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain an enterprise product portfolio for AI and automation initiatives
Lead the discovery, prioritization, and governance of product opportunities across functions
Develop a rolling 12-18 month product roadmap aligned with strategic priorities
Evaluate opportunities based on value creation and organizational readiness
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
Partner with IT and business leaders to deliver approved solutions
Establish governance standards for AI-enabled products and measure their impact
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
12+ years of leadership experience in product management and business transformation
7+ years leading cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives
Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise products and digital solutions
Strong understanding of AI, workflow automation, and digital enablement strategies
Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
Experience in regulated environments requiring governance and compliance
